Everyone should be eating food in the morning and here's why!!
Whether you have heard this conversation or been in this conversation yourself, whenever you hear someone say "I'm hungry" around 10-11 am", the response is almost always, "Did you eat breakfast?"
There have always been arguments about whether breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I'm here to support that breakfast is the most important meal day. I have always been passionate about letting my peers know they need to be eating something in the morning so their bodies can fuel themselves throughout the day, but a common response is always, "I wasn't hungry".
There are multiple answers to why someone may not feel hungry in the morning. That includes eating a big meal the night before, feeling stressed or anxious (which increases cortisol levels), not getting enough sleep, or even drinking coffee in the morning as their sole energy booster.
However, you don't need to eat a full plate of breakfast every day! Breakfast breaks the overnight-fasting period and gives your body the boost of energy and alertness you need. So eating even the littlest amount of food is beneficial!
